I have been waiting what seems like forever in anticipation of the “Reincarnation” film by Karl Lagerfeld featuring Pharrell Williams, Cara Delevingne & Géraldine Chaplin. This film coincides with the Pre-Fall 2015’s a tale from Paris to Salzburg collection. Karl makes amazing films featuring his muses.

I do not recall the first time I saw a James Nares painting, but I do remember immediately falling in love and having to find out who this artist was.
The brushes used are custom designed by the artist. Most of James’s paintings are produced in a single brushstroke and he doesn’t deem a painting successful until it is “balanced”.
I would be thrilled if I had one of his paintings in my home.

This room is part of The Line/The Apartment in SoHo NY. I love so many components of this room. From the moroccan rug, to the amazingly rich blue tufted couch, the multi-framed art work and the beautiful hand-blown glass light fixtures. They are simple yet when paired together make a statement. How great are those light fixtures?!?
My current inspiration… with the anticipation of winter, white has been on my mind. White can make a bed homey, present a space as modern or traditional, is a striking neutral, accentuates anything/anyone and represents ultimate cleanliness.
This outfit is me to the nth degree! I hail Isabel Marant as the queen of effortless/casual fabulousity. How amazing would any woman look walking down the street in this get-up?!? Like I said….the queen.
